meet kristi, owner & founder of enlightened integrative wellness
Kristi is passionate about women's health, preconception health, and pediatrics. She is a Registered Nurse, Functional Diagnostic Nutritional Practitioner in training, and currently enrolled to become a Holistic Practitioner. Kristi also has a relatable personal experience herself and has been on the journey of healing since her diagnosis of Lyme. She has been aiding in her daughter’s healing as well due to the Lyme being unknowingly transferred via utero. Kristi knows the feeling of hearing that all labs are normal, but intuitively knowing something is wrong and desperately seeking answers. Her number one priority is to help guide you to your most optimal healing.
When Kristi isn’t in the office meeting with clients, she spends time with her family, traveling, doing yoga, volunteers for the Make-A-Wish Foundation (since 2011), was the founder of the non-profit Daughters Against Distracted Driving (DADD), and was a foster dog mama with Fur Ever Home Rescue.
